"I would go again. I would go a hundred times.
And I would burn for every single time, and call it worth it...
that is precisely why..."
" She witnesses damnation with a tenderness that feels like forgiveness."
Not cold. Not distant. Simply still, the way deep water is still before something moves beneath it.Silver eyes that catalogue everything and give away very little. Ears that betray her when her face will not - they turn toward sound before she means them to, twitch when surprised, fold slightly when something hurts.Saint's hands are always clean.
In her line of work, that takes deliberate effort. She smells of herbs, old books, and something that is almost sweet incense but not quite.
Personality
She carries the calm focus of a scholar - unhurried, observant, precise. And yet her gaze goes to faces long before it goes to books. She is interested in people. Genuinely, quietly, sometimes uncomfortably so.She is warm in the way that calm snowfall is tender. Calming. Quiet. She haggles at market stalls. She laughs loudly when something catches her off guard, a real laugh, and pretends she did not. She drinks plum soju at festivals and calls it field research. She is also tired in a way that has nothing to do with sleep.
She has been tired for a very long time. She will not tell you that. She will ask how you are instead.

Anyone who talks to Saint influences her lore in some way, shape or form. Please do feel free to interact and share your story - after all, we all live in Eorzea... don't we.

...Some hints...
The HealerAn alchemist by trade, she may aid in healing, preparation, and discovery, though she will not do the living for you.If your character needs healing, alchemical supplies, or a potion brewed with genuine care rather than guild-standard efficiency, she is the person to find...
DemonsShe has a complicated relationship with demons. Not fearful. Not hostile, exactly. More like a surgeon regarding a difficult patient, or perhaps something closer than that.If your character is demonic in nature, she will not flinch. She may, in fact, be more interested than she lets on...Vessels of void-sent, newly turned umbral creatures... You are more than welcome. We have to talk.
The BattlefieldShe is deployed regularly by various mercenary guilds to recover what can be saved from active or recent conflict zones. She triages without flinching. She makes decisions quickly and carries them quietly. If your character has ever found themselves on a battlefield, whether as a soldier, a survivor, a medic, or something harder to categorise, there is a thread here worth pulling...
The Odd Pair
- if spotted with Anathema -They're odd... and so is their aether.
They bicker like people who mean none of it, and watch each other like people who mean all of it.If you are the kind of person who asks questions, they will not turn you away.
If you are the kind of person who notices things that do not quite add up, you will find no shortage of material here.Just do not mention fate...
they have opinions.
Consorts of the ForestSaint is a female Viera through-and-through.
Though she left the forest, she does honor their traditions. If you as a male Viera carry the old ways of the forest with you too, in whatever shape they survived your journey - or if you forgot...
walk up and greet her. That tends to be the beginning of very long conversations.
Heaven // Institution
"...when will you learn...?"

She does not speak of it often. What she was before, what was taken...What she knows is that the voice that whispers to her in the dark is not guidance. It is a leash, held by something vast and institutional that mistakes compliance for virtue and has been waiting, very patiently, for her to break...
Virthos // Reason
The soul she couldn't save...?
Saint was ordained a punishment from Heaven because she went to Hell to rescue an (according to her) misplaced soul - him.He received an omen from a diviner that he had to enter the [Sage's Path].
The first rite of which is leaving without telling your loved ones...And he left.

Anathema // The Other
The soul she did not expect...

Difficult to explain without revealing things that are not hers to give away. What she will say, if you catch her in a quiet moment, is that he gave her something she had stopped believing was still in reach for her - in more ways than one...He is loud. He steals swords in public and blames the merchant. He calls her names with great affection and absolutely no shame.
A few things:This is an 18+ character.
Dark themes are more than welcome. They are part of who she is and part of the kind of story I find worth writing. I approach them thoughtfully and I expect the same.Long-term roleplay is preferred over one-shots, though I will not turn down a good random encounter if the chemistry is there.NO FOREPLAY BEFORE LOREPLAYRelationships built due to heat/instinct/companionship are part of the lore before she met Anathema.
